MASTER.SPITCH | 10ª Edição
MASTER.SPITCH is a networking and recruitment initiative promoted by Porto City Hall, which allows candidates who are looking for a (new) job to present themselves to a group of companies through a 90-second pitch.
40 candidates will be selected to participate in a Personal and Professional Development Programme - Skills Makeover - from 12 to 22 June, at Porto Innovation Hub, in order to develop their employability skills in the following areas:
- Personal image and presentation;
- Professional photography;
- Online Networking;
- Definition of professional objective;
- Communication - Perfect pitch;
- Elements of job search;
- Time management and stress.
This program culminates with the possibility of each candidate to present him/herself to a group of companies, through a 90 seconds pitch, in an event that will take place on June 30th, between 9am and 5pm, at Dr. António Cupertino de Miranda Foundation.
The pitch will be commented by a panel of judges, representatives from human resources, communication and marketing departments of some of the most important companies in the country:
- Cristina Basaloco - Senior People Business Partner at Colep Packaging;
- João Franqueira - Chief People Offer at Coverflex;
- Paula Arriscado - Director of the Corporate Department People, Brand and Communication at Grupo Salvador Caetano;
- Silviana Freitas - Managing Director at Impacting Talent;
- Tiago Fleming - Head of Marketing and Communication at Banco Carregosa and GoBulling.
