My InvestPorto, in web and mobile versions, was created by the Municipality of Porto, through the InvestPorto Municipal Division, with the aim of providing platform users with a personalised browsing experience and tailored support.

My InvestPorto Users can create and manage their personal profile and contact information, subscribe to notifications and newsletters from InvestPorto, send eSupport requests to InvestPorto, send and receive messages to or from members of the InvestPorto B2B Marketplace, and save Incentives guide searches.

Information received by My InvestPorto Users on this platform is provided for general and information purposes only. It does not constitute professional advice and it may not be applicable to your specific circumstances.

While reasonable care has been taken in its preparation, the Municipality of Porto does not guarantee or warrant the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or currency of the information or its usefulness in achieving any purpose.

My InvestPorto Users are responsible for assessing the relevance and accuracy of the information received on the platform. The Municipality of Porto disclaims all responsibility and all liability for any loss, damage, cost, or expense incurred or arising by reason of any person using or relying on the information on this platform.


InvestPorto B2B Marketplace

The creation of a My InvestPorto account is subject to registration using the form available on the platform.

The creation of a My InvestPorto account is free of charge and freely accessible to the general public.

My InvestPorto Users are responsible for providing the necessary information for registration, as requested in the form and responding to requests from InvestPorto.

My InvestPorto accounts must contain full details and updated information. My InvestPorto Users must not send requests, messages or information that:

• Is fraudulent, false, misleading (directly or by omission or incapacity to update information) or deceptive;
• Is defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive;
• Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment or harm against any individual or group;
• Is violent, threatening or promotes violence or threatening actions towards any other person or animal;
• Promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.

InvestPorto may, without prior notice, delete or prevent access to any My InvestPorto User accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions, in force at the time, or that may otherwise be harmful or offensive to the entity, the platform’s other users, third parties, or assets.

In case of non-compliance, the registration of an individual as a My InvestPorto User may be suspended or cancelled permanently by InvestPorto.

My InvestPorto Users must not register more than one account and cannot assign or in any way transfer their My InvestPorto account to another party. The registering user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their My InvestPorto account credentials.

My InvestPorto Users must be committed to comply with all applicable legal provisions on the protection of personal data, and with all other legal obligations to which they are bound.

My InvestPorto Users interested in contracting services with any service provider Member of the InvestPorto B2B Marketplace are entering into a contract directly with each other.

The Municipality of Porto is not a contracting party, nor will it participate in any way in any contractual relationship between the interested parties.

The interested party must act with due diligence when using the InvestPorto B2B Marketplace Member's services or communicating and interacting with other My InvestPorto Users, online or in person.


Marketplace Membership for Service Providers

Membership in the group of business service providers listed on the InvestPorto B2B Marketplace is subject to pre-registration, using the form provided on InvestPorto's platform.

The Municipality of Porto does not privilege any service provider located in Porto. The pre-registration of service providers in the InvestPorto B2B Marketplace is free of charge and freely accessible to any entity providing business services, with establishments located in the city of Porto or in the Porto metropolitan area.

Confirmation of registration as a Member of the InvestPorto B2B Marketplace is dependent on validation by InvestPorto, to verify the suitability of the service provider to the scope of the InvestPorto B2B Marketplace.

Whenever considered necessary by InvestPorto, additional documents may be requested, such as a certificate of commercial registration, a declaration of honour, letters of recommendation from 2 to 3 clients, and other documents proving the legality, suitability, and adequacy of the service provider to the scope of the InvestPorto B2B Marketplace.

The My InvestPorto User who pre-registers as a Member of the InvestPorto B2B Marketplace is responsible for providing the necessary information for registration, as requested in the form, as well as inserting content for their profile and responding to requests from InvestPorto.

The profiles of InvestPorto B2B Marketplace Members must contain full details and updated information. Members must not publish, upload, post, or stream any content that:

• Is fraudulent, false, misleading (directly or by omission or incapacity to update information) or deceptive;
• Is defamatory, libellous, obscene, pornographic, vulgar or offensive;
• Promotes discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, harassment, or harm against any individual or group;
• Is violent, threatening, or promotes violence or threatening actions towards any other person or animal;
• Promotes illegal or harmful activities or substances.

InvestPorto may, without prior notice, delete or prevent access to any content that it considers contrary to these Terms and Conditions, in force at the time, or that may otherwise be harmful or offensive to the entity, the platform’s other users, third parties or assets.

In case of non-compliance, the registration of a provider as a Member of the InvestPorto B2B Marketplace may be suspended or cancelled permanently by InvestPorto.

InvestPorto B2B Marketplace Members must not register more than one account and cannot assign or in any way transfer their InvestPorto B2B Marketplace account to another party. The registering user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their Member account credentials.

InvestPorto B2B Marketplace Members must be committed to provide the best possible service and advice to Users and to comply with all applicable legal provisions on the protection of personal data.

InvestPorto B2B Marketplace Members commit to comply with all legal obligations to which they are bound.

InvestPorto B2B Marketplace Members are responsible for the content available within their profile areas, including contact details, photographs, videos, and descriptive text. Users of the InvestPorto B2B Marketplace are not allowed to change Member contents without permission.

InvestPorto reserves the right to make changes to the contents of InvestPorto B2B Marketplace Members at any time and to remove content that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
