The Municipality of Porto, through the InvestPorto Municipal Division, provides «My InvestPorto» user accounts on InvestPorto's web and mobile platform to give support and a personalised browsing experience to companies, investors, and the general public in Porto.
Through its use, interested parties (My InvestPorto Users) can create and manage their personal profile and contact information, subscribe to notifications and newsletters from InvestPorto, send eSupport requests to InvestPorto, send and receive messages to or from members of the InvestPorto B2B Marketplace, and save Incentives guide searches.
The Municipality of Porto guarantees the right to the protection of personal data collected, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR) and other applicable legislation.
The processing of this data by the Municipality of Porto is intended to respond to requests made by My InvestPorto Users through the platform and will be carried out by the InvestPorto Municipal Division.
This data is necessary and essential to the operation and electronic contacts made through the platform. My InvestPorto Users should select/indicate the contact details (e-mail and/or phone number) associated to their account and trough which they can be contacted.
The data holder is guaranteed access to the information that directly concerns them, being able to request its alteration or elimination, through personal or written contact with the person responsible for the data processing.
