Delegation of Canton visits Porto

On September 12th and 13th, a delegation of the Popular Assembly of Guangdong (Canton), China, visited Porto, accompanied by two businessmen from the Chinese tourism sector.
The visit by the delegation, led by one of the Vice-Presidents of the Permanent Committee of the Popular Assembly of Guangdong, Xu Shaohua, had the main goal of reinforcing mutual knowledge and the broadening of the opportunities for cooperation at varied levels, especially as far as Tourism is concerned.
The Porto City Council welcomed the delegation at the Council Chambers by Ricardo Valente, of the Economy, Tourism and Commerce directorate.
