Discover the public financial tools to capitalize companies in a free webinar

Discover the public financial tools to capitalize companies in a free webinar
17 Jul 2020

"Financial Development Tools" is the theme of the webinar scheduled for next Tuesday, the 21st, which aims to inform and clarify companies about public financing instruments available for capitalization. The session, scheduled to start at 5 pm, is free but requires prior registration.

The initiative, promoted by the Financial Development Institution (IFD), in partnership with the Câmara do Porto, through InvestPorto, is aimed at small, medium and large companies in the city.

Participants will have the opportunity to learn, in detail, the characteristics of the various financial instruments operated by IFD, which could be fundamental to support the economic recovery of companies, in a particularly demanding period.

In effect, the pandemic crisis caused by Covid-19 caused an unprecedented challenge to the national economy, which will require an enormous capacity for resilience to the business fabric.

The coming months will require a great deal of treasury from companies, which have to face up to the commitments assumed and, still, work to recover the levels of economic activity previously registered.

The online conference will follow the following dynamic:

17 hours - Opening of the session - Rui Monteiro, director of the Municipal Department of Economics of the Chamber of Porto

17.15 hours - Public financing instruments - Pedro Magalhães, IFD business director

17.30 hours - Question and answer period

17.45 hours - Closing of the session

Registration for the webinar is free, but mandatory and can be done HERE.
