"Porto com Sentido" presents the first tender for lease promissory contracts

The municipal program launched this Tuesday, November 2, the first tender for promissory contracts of leasing, which will be presented in a session at Casa do Infante.
The presentation session will start at 5.00 p.m. and marks the beginning of a new phase of the "Porto com Sentido" program, with which the Municipality of Porto is promoting the settlement of residents in the city by providing affordable rental housing.
In this case, in addition to the rental of ready-to-inhabit dwellings, the program developed by the municipal company Porto Vivo, SRU aims at the promise of renting dwellings still under project or already under construction or rehabilitation, located in an area of urban rehabilitation, thus providing greater security to the investment.
This possibility is now provided for in the regulations of "Porto com Sentido" following the revision of the general conditions of the municipal program, approved by a majority in the Municipal Executive, and aims to encourage the rehabilitation of properties for housing.
