Public Auction for the lease of a cafeteria and convenience store at Campanhã Intermodal Terminal

Until the end of November, the application phase for the public auction promoted by Porto Municipality for the allocation of two spaces in the Campanhã Intermodal Terminal, through commercial lease, is underway.
The properties in question are the following:
A - Campanhã Intermodal Terminal (Cafeteria), Area of 74,9 m2, Gallery floor 1, base value 1,000 euros;
In this first phase of the tender, which will run until November 30, candidates will submit the application form and other documents that are required for the application. Five candidates will be selected for the next phase. They will then be able to auction for the licenses by presenting successive bids.
The period for the attribution of the spaces is three years and may be renewed up to a maximum of two times, for equal periods, through written agreement of the parties.
