Talent Without Borders - Porto Innovation Hub

The Municipality of Porto will host the conference "Talent Without Borders: Integration of Migrant Professionals” on 26 March 2026, from 9:00 to 12:30, at the Porto Innovation Hub.

Organised within the framework of the Porto_4_All programme, the event is aimed at employers and focuses on raising awareness of the value that migrant professionals bring to organisations and the local economy. 

It will include a roundtable discussion on the current framework for employing migrant workers, featuring representatives from key partner institutions such as the Agência para a Integração Migrações e Asilo, the Instituto do Emprego e Formação Profissional and the Autoridade para as Condições de Trabalho. The session will be followed by testimonials from invited companies sharing their experiences of integrating international talent.

The conference is part of a broader Porto_4_All initiative that also includes capacity-building activities for migrant professionals and a recruitment and networking event, all aimed at strengthening connections between organisations and international talent choosing Porto to live, work and study.
