According to the Savills' analysis, 16 transactions were recorded in this period, 23% more than in the same period last year.

The CBD Boavista zone recorded the best performance in the quarter, with a total absorption volume of 6,713 sq. mt.

37% of the absorption volume was related to placements between 3,000 and 5,000 sq. mt.
