21st Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP)

From October 18th to 22nd, in Barcelona, the 21st edition of the Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP) - Salón Inmobiliario International & Symposium took place. It is the only professional and international real estate show in Spain.
Organised in two parts – the Exhibit Hall and the International Symposium – the BMP offered visitors, throughout five days, the possibility to contact with relevant personalities in the sector and to get to know the best opportunities and market trends; also, the possibility to achieve financing, to meet investors and to do business.
It was an opportunity to get to know the latest projects and services from a wide range of companies related to the real estate sector, from promoters, to architects, engineers, consulting companies, financial entities, expertise publications, professional associations, among others with national and international presence.
The Symposium, comprised by over 30 sessions on current themes of the real estate market, had more than 100 national and international speakers of prominent prestige, who had the opportunity to reveal the real numbers of the real estate sector both in Spain and abroad.
The panel Investing in Porto Property Market Today. Why Porto? had, among other speakers, Ricardo Valente, the Councillor for Economy, Tourism and Commerce, who presented the real estate market and the potential of the city as a preferential location for the companies.
