Axians opens 200 vacancies to grow teams in Portugal

Axians opens 200 vacancies to grow teams in Portugal
ECO Economia Online · 26 Apr 2021

Axians is committed to strengthening its teams in Portugal. To this end, the VINCI Energies Group's technological brand, with offices in Porto, has 200 open positions in areas such as data science, project management, SW development, SW testing, and IT infrastructures. All opportunities are published on the company's website.

This is a clear bet of technology on national talent, since, still last year, in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic phase, the company onboarded 263 employees who were part of the Axians teams in Portugal.

In addition to hiring talent, Axians has also invested in requalification and training, trying to combat the current problem of the lack of qualified labor in the technological industry. "In the IT sector, the labor market is very dynamic and growing rapidly. (…) This is due to the various digital transformation initiatives that are taking place in all sectors of activity, and has intensified with the pandemic crisis that we are living", begins by explaining Fernando Rodrigues, general director of Axians Portugal.
