The Portuguese company Blip, which produces technology and software tailored to the web and mobile, developed a recruitment website to fill the approximately 70 vacancies available in the IT area, for middle and senior staff, for the office in Porto. The new online recruitment platform aims to make the application process more appealing and intuitive.

Under the motto "Find your dream job", Blip presents some benefits in the recruitment process, such as flexible schedules, continuous training, family support, or the opportunity to participate in international exchanges. Porto's tech hub currently employs 300 people.

"One of Blip's brand images is its policy of attracting and retaining talent, and it was not the pandemic that stopped this effort. Despite the crisis caused by Covid-19, we opened 70 vacancies mainly for middle and senior staff, which we intend to that are filled with reference talent ”, says Ângelo Valente, senior employer brand manager.

On the company's website, there is also a space for current employees to share their testimony with future candidates. The creation of the website is part of a project developed in the middle of a pandemic, which consisted of the creation of five websites for different companies that integrate Flutter Entertainment, in Portugal, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Malta, and Romania.

Blip was born in 2009 and was acquired in 2012 by Paddy Power Betfair (PPB), a British online gambling company listed on the London Stock Exchange, becoming one of the company's main technological hubs globally.
