Bolsa de Empregabilidade comes to Palácio da Bolsa to promote connections between companies and professionals

Palácio da Bolsa will be the stage of the first edition in the North of Bolsa de Empregabilidade, scheduled for this Wednesday, the 6th of April, with the support of the Porto City Council.
The initiative consists of a tourism fair, whose mission is to connect the sector, through students, professionals and educational and business organizations.
Organised by Fórum Turismo, and after six editions in Lisbon, the event is welcomed in Porto with the aim of decentralising and promoting employability in the region. After a two-year interruption due to the pandemic situation, Bolsa de Empregabilidade returns with the aim of strengthening its position as a promoter of employment and dialogue between companies and various professional profiles.
The presence of 54 companies has been confirmed and the event will have exclusive areas for conferences, networking with national and international companies and knowledge sharing.
It also represents an opportunity for the unemployed, young people looking for their first job, as well as professionals in search of a new challenge in the areas of tourism, travel, hotels and restaurants.
Bolsa will also promote the Portuguese Tourism Board's Open to Ukraine training programme for refugees, with a translation service for refugees and families from Ukraine.
Tomorrow, the 5th of April, there will be a promotion action with an "employment bus", which will circulate around the city, with on board human resources directors from several companies conducting momentary interviews.
Access to Bolsa de Empregabilidade can be made through online registration, allowing the creation of a candidate profile, the attachment of the curriculum vitae to enter the online recruitment process of the companies present at the event.
