Bouygues Telecom Services moves to Porto Business Plaza
The "customer relationship center" currently operates in Hipercentro, but the company will move to the renovated Porto Business Plaza.
Bouygues Telecom Services - a company 100% owned by the French group Bouygues Telecom - will move to the renovated Porto Business Plaza, located between Rua Santos Pousada and Avenida Fernão Magalhães, near Campo 24 Agosto, in Invicta (Porto city).
To idealista/news, Idalette Cervaes, Human Resources responsible at Bouygues Telecom Services, confirmed the move of the "customer relationship center" of the telecommunications company, scheduled for the beginning of next year, to an area with more than 4,400 square meters (m2). The company will thus occupy one of the floors of Porto Business Plaza, a modern office building that Capitólio (former SDC Investimentos) has in the final stages of renovation, with delivery scheduled for mid-November.
According to Idalette, the new offices of Bouygues Telecom Services are prepared to receive more than 500 employees, in addition to the current 375. The selection phase of the new workers has already begun, with the entry of an average of 15 to 30 new employees per month.
Improving the acoustic conditions of the space
Their bet, according to Idalette Cervaes, is mainly to endow the space with "better acoustic conditions" and thus provide "more quality" to employees. A significant investment for the company in the lease of the new facilities.
With an entrance on Avenida Fernão Magalhães, the new offices of Bouygues Telecom Services will also have access to a patio, for the exclusive use of employees, which adds value to the new facilities.
It should be noted that the renovation work of Porto Business Plaza, designed by the architects Alexandre Burmester and Luís Alçada Baptista, included the construction of a new entrance, in the center of the interior plaza, thus allowing light to reach the two interior floors, which were the former Central Shopping mall.

Improving working conditions, thus promoting the well-being of employees, is one of the reasons that led Bouygues Telecom Services to search for new offices, which also includes doubling the area they currently occupy in Hipercentro business center, located in Areosa.
