It is not the first time that Porto has been the top choice for renowned international branches. This time, Emergia, Nagarro, and TSBetc have opened their new offices in Porto.

Shortly before the year 2023 came to an end, international companies Emergia, Nagarro, and TSBetc opened their new offices in Porto, highlighting the growing interest of renowned multinationals in the Portuguese city.

Following the opening of offices in Barcelona and Malambo (Colombia), Emergia – a Spanish multinational company specializing in comprehensive customer experience management and process outsourcing – has also entered the Portuguese market with the opening of its first contact center.

Located on the third floor of the Lake Towers office complex in Vila Nova de Gaia, this recent office has 450 square meters of open and transformable space to meet the needs of its teams.
As highlighted by Emergia's CEO, Loly Marín, the company's "privileged location” in Porto will allow it to "access relevant markets”, becoming a "bridge to Portuguese-speaking markets”.

Likewise, Nagarro, a computer programming company, has also started offering services from Porto. Specializing in technology and business consultancy, this multinational company operates in 36 countries and has around 19,000 employees around the world.

Operating in the Brazilian market for 30 years, TSBetc has also established its new office in the city of Porto.

According to the company's CEO, Renato Amaral, the aim is to offer TSBetc's expertise in tradeshows, events, and conventions, as well as incentives, logistics, and brand activations to the Portuguese market. Some of the main clients include iFood, Bimbo, Hyundai, doTerra, and Fresenius Kabi.

By the end of 2024, TSBetc aims to create around 40 new jobs.
