Fidelidade opens new office in Porto
A new space on Avenida da Boavista accommodates 170 employees and consists of a modern, collaborative, and healthy environment
Fidelidade has opened a new office in Porto, located at Avenida da Boavista no. 253, in the iconic Brasília shopping centre – the oldest shopping centre in the city.
The space, which is already operational, now brings together 170 employees who were previously spread across other buildings belonging to the insurance company in the city.

Spread over three completely renovated floors, the new office stands out for its glass façade and spacious, bright environments, designed to stimulate collaboration, concentration and well-being. According to Fidelidade, the investment aims to strengthen the proximity between teams and create a more modern, flexible and welcoming work environment.
"The opening of this new office in Porto is more than just a change of space: it is a concrete expression of how we want to work in the future - with greater proximity, more flexibility and better conditions for our people," says Joana Queiroz Ribeiro, Director of People and Organisation at Fidelidade.
The new space includes ergonomic and adjustable workstations in an open space, meeting and focus rooms, booths for calls or individual meetings, areas dedicated to learning/training, as well as leisure areas, and a dining area.
