Held 2rd meeting of the Local Action Group of the Project In Focus

On 6th December 2016, the 2nd meeting of the Local Action Group of the In Focus Project was held, part of the URBACT III Program, at the Palácio das Artes.
The Municipality of Porto, through InvestPorto, is one of the partners of the In Focus Project - Smart Specialization at City Level, which aims to improve the competitiveness of cities and their capacity to create jobs, through a new positioning in the economic scenario in accordance with the strategies of intelligent specialization created at the regional level.
The meeting, which was attended by 18 representatives from 11 entities, focused on Cluster Development and, in this context, Joaquim Cunha, Executive Director Health Cluster Portugal, and Joaquim Borges Gouveia, Professor at the University of Aveiro .
