Israelis invest 3.5 million in Downtown Porto

The Israelis of Velocity Investments are investing 3.5 million euros in the development of a residential project, in Porto.

The development, located at Rua do Almada - in downtown Porto - is part of a Velocity investment portfolio in the city that already amounts to 50 million euros.

The company of Israeli origin, which entered the Porto real estate market in 2017, considers that Porto, given the hospitality of its population, "is the best city in the world to live".

And, for this reason, Velocity intends to "double in the coming years" its investments in Porto, that is, to increase the portfolio to 100 million euros.

The Alma project in Downtown, to be implemented in an area of ​​1197 square meters, includes the construction of 16 apartments (types studio to two-bedroom), with areas between 41.4 and 95.6 square meters.

Prices range from 199,500 euros to 419,000 euros.
