Körber Campus Porto joins forces with Porto innovators for blood donation initiative

Körber Campus Porto, a strategic hub of the international technology group Körber, a Porto Leading Investor, is set to host a blood donation initiative on 20 November, in partnership with the São João Hospital Blood Bank and in collaboration with vaibe, Infraspeak, and Tonic App. The event, taking place at the Campus headquarters from 2:00 pm to 5:30 pm, aims to raise awareness of the ongoing need for regular blood donations.

According to Paula Gomes da Costa, General Manager at Körber Campus Porto, the initiative reflects a broader commitment to community impact. She emphasised how collective action among businesses can bring meaningful benefits to society and reinforce shared human values, highlightin the positive role companies can play in fostering social responsibility within their communities.

The campaign also showcases the strong sense of collaboration among innovation-driven companies located in Porto’s Heroísmo district. By bringing teams together around a common social cause, the initiative strengthens local networks while contributing directly to public health efforts that support the wider community.

Through this joint action, Körber Campus Porto and its partners hope to inspire additional organisations to launch similar initiatives. Their ambition is to further cultivate a culture of empathy, civic engagement, and cooperation across Porto’s growing business and technology ecosystem.
