KW Business will open the country’s largest real estate center in Porto

KW Business, the largest real estate group in the northern region, is preparing to open a market center, a pioneering real estate space in Portugal, with 1400 square meters and capacity for 300 consultants.
Offices for the teams, a large auditorium, a bar and restaurant with terrace, a car park and even a running track are some of the features of KW Business's new infrastructure in Porto, which aims to offer employees the best working conditions.
The opening, which is scheduled for this summer, will enable KW Business to create 150 jobs, thus reaching approximately 300 employees in the city of Porto. The real estate group is operating for 10 years now and has five branches - Vila Nova de Famalicão, Braga, Porto, Vila do Conde and Vizela - that represent a universe of more than 300 employees.
2015 and 2016 were successful years for KW Business: the team and revenue grew substantially and the Group got the recognition of PME Líder (SME Leader) and PME Excelência (SME Excellence). The CEO said the "icing on the cake" arrived in November 2016, with KW Business being named the third best company to work for in Portugal - and the first in the real estate industry.
