The event, promoted by APD Portugal - Association for the Progress of Management, takes place on Thursday, December 10th, from 5 pm to 6 pm, through the Microsoft Teams platform.

The objective of this webinar is to enable the business community to face the challenges and opportunities arising from the sharp demographic changes, explains the organization. "Using data and practical cases, it is intended to confer on how age diversity, when effectively included in the work dynamics, presents a potential for competitive advantage for companies", he adds.

Aimed at administrators and managers of companies, as well as elements of human resources departments, the webinar will count on the councilor of Porto City Council responsible for Economy, Tourism, and Commerce, Ricardo Valente, as a speaker.
