Merchants with free training and access to an online consultant
The Municipality of Porto continues, during the month of June, with two projects aimed at city merchants and with totally free access. In addition to an online training plan, with various topics of interest, there are also a series of sessions scheduled with an online consultant, which will dispel doubts regarding the resumption of commercial activities in the current context, among other topics. Participation in both projects is free but requires prior registration.
Started in April, the "Online Training" and "Online Consultant" projects will continue next month and there are sessions that start on June 1st, Monday.
Online training
These actions are aimed at entrepreneurs and employees in the commerce sector with commercial establishments in Porto and aim to promote training and the development of technical and personal skills, capable of appealing to the spirit of mutual help and reinforcing the capacity to adapt to it. new scenario of abrupt changes.

Objective: this action is aimed at entrepreneurs and employees in the commerce sector, with or without training and experience on websites. It is intended that participants understand, plan and know how to create a website, ensuring an online presence capable of attracting new audiences.

> Customer Service
Objective: to develop and improve the ability to receive customers and provide a service with an impact on sales.
Dates: June 2nd, 4th, 16th, 18th and 23th
> Development of Personal Skills / Soft Skills
Objective: to become aware of the different levels of knowledge for a correct reflection and self-diagnosis, in order to enhance and apply the resources learned to your personal and professional life
Dates: June 2nd, 5th and 9th
> E-Commerce/Online Sales
Objective: to define an online commerce plan it is necessary to know this business model well and to know the opportunities, threats, advantages and disadvantages of a digital sales platform

Online Consultant
The online consultante project has as main objective to make available and share updated information about new government measures and useful strategies to reorganize their businesses, in the face of current changes in the sector, through consultants specialized in different areas.
During the month of June, traders have nine sessions available, with a maximum duration of 30 minutes, and the number of participants is unlimited. The agenda will cover topics such as e-commerce, increased sales through Instagram, customer service through social networks, tips for promoting stores on YouTube, among others.
