Multinational Readiness IT is recruiting 25 recent graduates for its headquarters in Porto

Readiness IT plans to hire 25 recent graduates for Campanhã, where it strategically installed its headquarters and today is one of the main technological references in the Metropolitan Area of Porto, providing its services nationally and internationally.

During the month of May, Readiness IT is carrying out recruitment actions at local universities and polytechnics for the hiring of recent graduates from several technological areas. The candidates' profile is based on training or experience in programming, such as computer engineering, telecommunications, electrotechnical, mathematical sciences, bioengineering, biomedical, biochemical or other courses where there have been subjects or bases in programming. 

The new employees will join the already vast group of "System Ninjas", internal designation of its employees, to develop skills in new technologies, such as OutSystems, Kloudville, and Verticare Systems, the latter being an innovative project in the health area and recently announced. The new team members will receive specialised training and certification through a career model adapted to their needs and professional goals.

The System Ninjas are a group of highly qualified professionals who are part of Readiness IT and the RIT Group, a cluster of technology companies recognised worldwide for their digital transformation projects. In total, this group has about 500 employees worldwide, with more than 100 working from the Porto facilities.

The company was recently present at the Engineering Days job fair at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto, but those interested can check out these and other opportunities via the company's website and LinkedIn until the end of May.
