Natixis has 30 vacancies in Porto for Management, Law and International Relations

Natixis has just launched a recruitment program to expand the teams it has at the innovation center in Porto, in which it wants to integrate non-technological profiles.

The name of the recruitment program is Purple Scan and the goal is to fill around 30 vacancies by the end of the year. The company seeks recent graduates from the areas of Law, Management and International Relations.

"In addition to completing the degree, candidates must be fluent in English, have a predisposition to learn, agile and innovative thinking, a proactive attitude and a collaborative and multicultural mindset. They must also be available to join our team starting in July 2020", explains the human resources director of Natixis in Portugal, Maurício Marques.

On the Natixis side, the offer includes an open-ended contract. As for the work environment, the company promises a flexible and modern space, in the center of Porto and multicultural. Career opportunities include the possibility of internal and international mobility.

This initiative aimed at junior professionals is part of the process of recruiting 130 new employees in the areas of Law, Management, Economics and Finance to integrate, namely, in Human Resource Management, Compliance, KYC - Know Your Customer, Management Risk and BackOffice, among others.

Overall, in 2019, Natixis posted a net profit of 9,177,000 euros, compared to 8,632,000 euros recorded in 2018, representing an increase of 6% compared to that year. Natixis is the international business and investment banking, asset management, insurance and financial services division of Groupe BPCE - Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne, the second largest financial group in France, with 31 million customers, two retail banking networks and around 16,000 employees in 38 countries.
