Young people eligible for professional internships (Internships Ativar) from IEFP are eligible for the paid internship programme. Applications are now open.
The fourth edition of the recruitment campaign for paid internships, We Want Your Brain, runs between May and October. It seeks profiles from Engineering and Information Technology, Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, International Relations, Law, among other areas.
"Young talent has been a relevant bet for the Natixis project in Portugal and with the fourth edition of this trainee programme we reaffirm this conviction. In 2022, we welcome 240 young people, and in the last two years 85% of the trainees have stayed in the company with a permanent contract after their internship," begins by referring Maurício Marques, Natixis' Human Resources director in Portugal, quoted in a statement.
"It is an excellent opportunity to start professional life and a career and it is also a door to other opportunities within the company. This programme is the ideal choice for young people who want to have their first professional experience in a technological banking atmosphere, with a marked spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship," he adds.
Who can apply
The vacancies are aimed at "young people eligible for professional internships (Ativar Internships) from the Employment and Professional Training Institute (IEFP), fluent in English, with knowledge of French also being valued, and with an interest in software development positions, computer systems administration, cybersecurity, risk management in the context of capital markets and commercial law in the context of banking and finance", Natixis informs.
For May 26 and July 28, between 6pm and 8.30pm, the company is also organising
two networking events, giving potential candidates the opportunity for a guided tour of Natixis' offices in Portugal.
The Natixis Purple Tour, scheduled for the start of the school year, will also be back and will feature activation actions and late-afternoon networking events in different cities across the country.
