Nelson Quintas Group invests € 12.5m in offices in Porto

Nelson Quintas group will invest around 12.5 million euros in the construction of two new buildings (offices, shops and parking) in the Business District of Porto.

Located at the intersection between Manuel Pinto Azevedo Street and Antunes Guimarães Avenue, one of the buildings has 2,600 square meters of GLA, composed of 12 open space office units, with the possibility of joining complete floors with modular spaces from 200 to 400 square meters of gross building area, plus two shops on the ground floor. 

It is being built by Ergicon - Engenharia e Construção, and should be completed in November, and the fit-out works can be carried out in December.

Daniel Oliveira, manager of the group's real estate projects, believes that this is "a differentiating building, with a project by the office of the renowned architect José Carlos Cruz, with a unique location”, he says.

Next to this building, a car park is also being built, with 3 underground floors, and a total of 175 spaces. A green roof at ground level is one of its’ highlights, which will allow to create a leisure area. The park will be completed in the first quarter of next year.

Nelson Quintas group's portfolio includes several projects in the areas of tourism, services and leisure in the Greater Porto area, including the Vincci hotel building, or a tourist apartment building in the São Bento area. Also owning several floors of offices in the Scala, Península and Brasília buildings.
