The group Nelson Quintas is building two buildings on Rua Manuel Pinto de Azevedo, one for offices and another for parking, with three underground floors, and has just opened S. Bento Residences, a tourist project built next to the iconic train station.

S. Bento Residences, the new hotel in Porto which was built on an old ruin resulting from the opening of Avenida D. Afonso Henriques has opened.

S. Bento Residences is the result of an investment of around four million euros, said an official source from the group Nelson Quintas.

On the other side of the city, in the Business District of Porto, the group Nelson Quintas is building two buildings, intended for offices, parking and commerce, in an investment estimated at 12.5 million euros.

In the middle of Rua Manuel Pinto de Azevedo, right in front of Avenida Antunes Guimarães, the glazed office building will have a gross lettable area of ​​2,600 square meters, offering fractions in an open space of 200 and 400 square meters, with the possibility of being attached to an entire floor.

Designed by architect José Carlos Cruz and built by Ergicon, the completion is foreseen for the end of this year.
