New free training courses for traders open for enrollment

The free training plan for traders in the city is back. The online format will continue to be adopted, due to the pandemic. Registration for September is now open, but places are limited. Check the training areas, schedules, and invest your time in learning specific knowledge useful for the renewal, innovation, and/or modernization of your business. 

The Online Training Plan for the second half of 2020, promoted by the Municipality of Porto, starts this month, with a set of training actions delivered through a digital platform, following the e-learning model.

"Innovation and Competitiveness in Business", "Good Practices - Visual Merchandising/Organization of the store space", "Leadership", "Business English Initial Level", "French Business Initial Level", "Techniques to gain confidence from your customers", "Complaints Management", are the themes defined for September.

The training starts from the 14th, but the registration period starts 15 days before the date of the training, this step being mandatory to ensure participation, which, although free, is limited to 30 places per training.

The municipal initiative aims to train and develop technical and personal skills, capable of appealing to the spirit of mutual help and strengthening the capacity to adapt to this new scenario of abrupt changes, both for businessmen and employees of commercial establishments and traders in general in the city from Porto.
