People4People launches HR PATCH 1.0

The community of Porto, which has more than 4 years of existence, returns to the physical format, in a completely free event that will take place in the technology company Infraspeak. The themes will occur in an informal format and will be able to be applied in the day to day of the participants.

For Luís Silva, one of the founders of the community, this is a moment of affirmation of the community in the current ecosystem, since it returns to the physical format, after the virtual editions during the pandemic "The People4People community keeps the focus on its mission, which is to share relevant information related to people management. We are very proud of the creation of HR PATCH 1.0, which was a goal we would have liked to have put in place a few years ago and which because of the pandemic, we had to postpone. Besides, we were able to gather a diverse range of speakers, with very distinct themes that we consider important, in what is already the 22nd edition of our meetings", says Luís Silva.

RH PATCH 1.0 brings very distinct themes. The morning starts with a focus on Personal Branding directed to all those who lead teams or companies and will be conducted by specialist Rquel Soares. In the second part of the morning, Critical Manufacturing Co-Founder Teresa Carreiro shows the importance of numbers in the universe of people management. Finally, Ricardo Fernandes & Nuno Mateiro will show how to motivate teams through a mix of very current tools, from Management 3.0 to some Agile methodology frameworks.
