Planet Payment is a financial technology (FinTech) company that provides payment processing and multi-currency solutions for businesses, particularly in the global e-commerce and travel industries. The company simplifies cross-border transactions with services like dynamic currency conversion, benefiting international travelers and businesses, and provides this with secure payment processing services.

The renovation work on the historic Trindade Domus building, a real estate complex with 21,000 square meters of office and retail space located next to the Porto City Hall, has already been completed following an investment of five million euros. This new phase, which includes the change of name to Trinity Porto, marks the entry of Planet Payment.

The payment company, which already had an office in Porto on Avenida da Boavista, will move into this new space in downtown Invicta with a capacity for 130 employees, as part of an expansion plan in which "the city of Porto will be one of the main technological and development hubs", as stated by the company.

The renovation of the building included a new reception, lounge, terrace, new offices, and a 3,000 m2 hanging garden and a climbing wall, as well as other outdoor leisure areas. Planet Payment will be joined by other large foreign companies such as Armatis, Axians, Mindera, and eDreams Odigeo.
