Porto's performance regarding the capability to attract and retain the top-talent has set the city in the official listing of the best cities, according to the Bloom Consulting Ranking.

Porto is second only to Lisbon, in the Business and Visit categories.

Filipe Roquette affirmed that the issue of the territorial brand has seen "great changes over the last few years and the municipal paradigm has shifted; not only it is linked to strategic thinking but also to the acknowledgment of the importance of building a strong brand, like the case of "Porto.", which is supported by "a strategy, and a forward-looking vision".
