Porto shows opportunities for foreign investment in Germany

Explaining the potential of Porto and the opportunities it has to attract foreign investment to the city was the bet that led Porto to be present for the first time with its own pavilion at Expo Real, the largest real estate fair in Europe.

The event annually attracts thousands of participants from all over the world and from different sectors linked to the real estate industry.

Given that last year's edition brought together 2,095 exhibitors from 41 countries and attracted 45,058 participants from 72 countries, this Porto debut at Expo Real was an opportunity that the mayor, Rui Moreira, took advantage of with his councilors for, Economy, Tourism and Commerce, Ricardo Valente, and Urbanism, Pedro Baganha, to promote the city. Porto's participation in the German fair was also attended by representatives of some important companies that are present at Invicta, such as CCA Law Firm, CIVILRIA, Lucios, PLMJ, Predibisa, Sonae Capital, Telles Advogados and VPM Real Estate.

The pavilion "Porto." used the motto "Porto - a new investment opportunity" to attract potential investors from around the world to the various events in which Porto explained in detail some of the best opportunities to invest in the city.
