In the general ranking, which includes 132 countries, Portugal takes 28th place with an evaluation of 57.8 points, and belongs to the group of countries with the highest results.

Within the six competencies that are analyzed in the Index, our country performs well in terms of new opportunities, occupying the 29th place. With regard to market attractiveness and global growth skills, it is in the 26th and 32nd position, respectively. In terms of professional and technical competence, it ranks 43rd and in terms of global knowledge, 35th.
