Promiris invests € 20m in new project in Porto

This new condominium will emerge between Antas Lane and Agostinho José Freire Street, in Porto. Built from scratch, it includes two housing blocks, in a total construction area above ground of 8,300 sq. mt. One of the blocks has 18 fractions and 4 floors (three- to four-bedroom), and the other 36 fractions and 7 floors (T2 and T3). The values ​​vary between 285,000 and 660,000 euros, with areas between 87 and 195 sq. mt.

The architectural project of the enterprise is signed by the Carlos Castanheira Architecture Office. Located next to the São Roque Park, it has a panoramic view over the Douro and at 360º.

Christian Terlinden, the Managing Partner at Promiris, underlines that "the Mira Douro project is the result of a year of work with an excellent Northern architecture firm to arrive at a concept of a high-quality project, both in terms of visual and optimization of spaces, or energy excellence”.

He explains that "he was also the object of particular care in the meetings with the Chamber to create a wide green space with the extension of the São Roque Municipal Park, to which the promoter assigned 3,500 square meters for its extension, thus contributing to the creation of a new green area, in Antas”. 

And he adds that "the project has a fabulous view, located on one of the highest points in the city and offering a unique 360° panoramic view. We would like that in 2021, this was one of our commercial successes in Portugal”.

Of Belgian origin, the Group Promiris has been in Portugal since 2017 and currently has seven projects in the portfolio.
