Public discussion for the proposed Master Plan review
As of today, the public discussion period for the proposal to revise the Municipal Master Plan will take place. It will last for a period of 35 working days, that is, until December 7th.
Porto City Council dedicated a website to the presentation of the document's objectives, the proposal for revising the Master Plan, as well as all the constituent parts of the Plan, so that makes it available to all interested parties.
The proposed revision of the Master Plan will be the subject of several public clarification sessions, the first of which is scheduled for next Friday, October 23rd, at 3 pm, in the City Hall. The session will have participation limited to 25 people, requiring prior registration through the email address pelouros.uepp@cm-porto.pt. Live streaming is also ensured through Porto City Council's Facebook page.
Clarification sessions in parishes
The schedule of the sessions is as follows:
- Aldoar, Foz, Nevogilde | October 27th at 5 pm
- Lordelo, Massarelos | November 3rd at 5 pm
- Ramalde | November 10th at 5 pm
- Paranhos | November 17th at 5 pm
- Cedofeita, St. Ildefonso, Sé, Miragaia, S. Nicolau, Vitória | November 24th at 5 pm
- Bonfim | November 26th at 5 pm
- Campanhã | December 2nd at 5 pm
Revision proposal confers
In addition to the dedicated website, all documentation related to the revision of the Master Plan can be conferred, by prior appointment, in the City Hall. Here, interested parties also find an interactive model, for a better view of all the proposals contained in the Plan.
The elements of the Master Plan can also be conferred at the Citizen Office, by prior appointment through the Porto Line. (220 100 220), between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Here the documents will preferably be made available in digital format, taking into account the restrictions imposed by the pandemic period. If access in paper format is desired, this must be mentioned in the context of prior booking.
As of today, the Unions of Parishes and Parish Councils also make available to interested parties the proposal to revise the Master Plan, according to the following schedules:
- Union of Parishes of Aldoar, Foz do Douro and Nevogilde (Rua da Vilarinha, 1090), from 9 am to 5 pm;
- Union of Parishes of Cedofeita, Santo Ildefonso, Sé, Miragaia, São Nicolau and Vitória (Rua de Gonçalo Cristóvão, 187), from 9 am to 5 pm;
- Union of Parishes of Lordelo do Ouro and Massarelos (Rua do Campo Alegre, 244), from 9 am to 5 pm;
- Parish Council of Bonfim (Campo 24 de Agosto, 294), from 9 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 17 hours;
- Campanhã Parish Council (Praça da Corujeira, 202), from 9 am to 5.30 pm;
- Parish Council of Paranhos (Rua de Álvaro de Castelões, 811), from 9 am to 5 pm;
- Ramalde Parish Council (Rua da Igreja de Ramalde, 76-92), from 9 am to 12.30 pm and from 2 pm to 5.30 pm.
During the public discussion period, interested parties should submit their comments, observations, and suggestions through the request made available on the website dedicated to the Master Plan, through the Virtual Service Desk, by mail to the address of the Porto City Council, through the e-mail geral@cm-porto.pt, or in person at the Citizen's Office (by appointment).
