Readiness IT joins forces to create tech group Conkord

The new tech group was born from the strategic union and consolidation of Ritain.io, Latitudde, Red IT, and Readiness IT. With Conkord, the four tech specialists created a new identity that is more robust, innovative, and prepared to face future technological challenges.

Consolidating more than 550 employees globally, Conkord thinks global and acts local, close to its customers.

This move represents a significant milestone for the national technology sector, bringing together the experience, talent, and innovation of four Portuguese companies with successful track-records. The new entity is born with the mission of driving digital transformation, based on innovation and Artificial Intelligence, offering globally competitive technological solutions.

Conkord will thus reinforce Portugal's position as a technological hub, promoting the attraction of national and international talent, while investing in innovation and AI as a new pillar for the development of new businesses. The group will focus on offering technological solutions ranging from strategic advice and consultancy on digital transformation to the implementation, delivery, and support of software and management of cloud solutions.
