“Revitaliza Porto.” already helped over 300 SMEs and investments in Porto

Revitaliza Porto. is a helpline created by Municipality of Porto to help local entrepreneurs, business owners and investors find available Covid-19 business support. The service offered by InvestPorto has already helped over 300 small and medium-sized businesses.

The "Revitaliza Porto." helpline is available to tell problems, ask for expert advice, get answers and obtain the latestinformation on Covid-19 economic relief measures available for businesses in Porto. 

The helpline is easy to use, confidential and free of charge. To submit a help request fill the online form available at www.investporto.pt, or call "Linha Porto.” at (+351) 220 100 220 and press option 4. After submitting the request, a multidisciplinary team from InvestPorto will search the most suitable answers for each situation and send you the information back.

Demand for the Revitaliza Porto. helpline shows the toll of the pandemic on Porto’s small businesses.

Investment incentives, grants and loans, municipal support and job support are the main topics of interest of the requests received by Revitaliza Porto. 96% of the help requests made by businesses are related to Covid-19.

The overwhelming majority of help requests come from newly established small-sized businesses. 99% of the requests were submitted by businesses with less than 50 employees and about one third were less than 5 years old.

89% of businesses that have resorted to the helpline are in the tourism, hospitality and commerce sectors. This figure shows the high impact of the pandemic on these sectors.
