Sítio launches new Hybrid Office concept in Lisbon and Porto

Sítio, a company of Himo Group specialized in coworking space management, has developed a new product, Hybrid Office, which allows companies to choose the office where they want to work within its network in Lisbon and Porto.
Presenting it as a "new product adjusted to the needs of companies that opt for a permanent hybrid office model", Hybrid Office "responds to the demand for solutions to use their own office, offering competitive conditions both in terms of costs related to the rental of space and the number of days to be contracted".
Thus, the new Sítio network’s product allows companies to choose the office they want to use within its 13 locations in Lisbon and three in Porto, as well as the number of days per week they wish to occupy it and which days of the week they wish to do so, on an exclusive basis.
According to Miguel Ricardo, General Manager of Sítio network, "new products such as the Hybrid Office aim to meet the demand from companies for solutions that allow them to create new workspaces, in which flexibility, employee mobility and cost reduction assume strategic positions".
Currently, Sítio offers this solution in private offices for up to 14 people, in its Bairro Azul space in Lisbon. With contracts valid for a minimum period of one month, the values of this solution vary depending on the number of people and the number of days of use per week, starting at 500€/month.
