At MIPIM 2022, the largest real estate trade fair in Europe, the participation of the Municipality of Porto will underline the public and private projects that will define the city's landscape over the next years.

In this edition, Porto presents itself as a "Global Business Hub for the 21st Century" along with 16 private companies, in what will be the biggest representation ever of the city.

From different areas of activity – promotion and management of real estate projects, architecture, construction, law firms, fund management, software solutions and marketing –, these are the companies that will be present at Porto's stand: Abreu Advogados, Adriparte, Avenue, Civilria, Geo Investimentos, Finangeste, HA+, Lionesa Business Hub, Mercan Properties, Mota-Engil Real Estate, Nota Urbana, Predibisa, Promiris, Ribemon Partners, Virtual Tour 360, VPM Real Estate.

Structural municipal projects for the city will also be promoted, such as the rehabilitation of Mercado do Bolhão, the Campanhã Intermodal Terminal, the eastern hub of Matadouro, among others, as well as affordable housing projects, such as Monte Pedral, Monte da Bela and Lordelo do Ouro.

This synergy between the Municipality and private companies has proven to be a successful partnership, and MIPIM 2022 will be an opportunity to present over 75 private real estate projects of various types (residential, offices, hotels, retail) to investors from all over the world, a disclosure framed in the universe of the "Porto." brand.
