Talkdesk will have a free online event to share management and technology tips

Talkdesk, one of the four Portuguese unicorns together with Feedzai, OutSystems and Farfetch will organize a free online event where the idea is to share "ten years of learning and technological knowledge”.

Inside Talkdesk takes place on the 1st and 2nd of June, with fifteen sessions divided by four themes: ‘Technology’, ‘Engineering Management’, ‘Product Development’ and the presentation of the company’s project to welcome interns: Tech Dojo.

All of these sessions are related to the work developed by Talkdesk and serve two purposes: "Introduce the Portuguese DNA unicorn to the public and enlighten people interested in issues related to the products' developed and recruitment”.

The sessions are, for example, 'Real-world Microservices in Java', 'How AI & Automations are boosting customer delight and driving more efficient interactions' or 'Career growth after the pandemic - What's going to change and how to be prepared' - the complete program is available on the Eventbrite website.
