Webinars cycle for economic agents starts on the 19th with session on financing and taxation
The Municipality of Porto will organize, a set of webinars (online conferences) on topics relevant to the city's economy, especially for economic agents who, following the effects caused by COVID-19, prepare to resume their business activities. The first session, dedicated to fiscal measures and financing, is scheduled for Tuesday, the 19th, at 10 a.m. The access is open and free.
The initiative aims to discuss a series of issues of interest to the city's economic agents, namely tax and business financing measures, the role of technology, how can Porto position itself as a trusted destination in tourism, the reality "future" of business in commerce and the new challenges and reinvention that the local economy faces.
The first webinar is dedicated to "Tax and Financing Measures" to support economic activity. In this session, participants will have the opportunity to learn about the main tax and financing measures available, support mechanisms, eligibility conditions and main implications, among other related topics. Participating in this online conference, the City Councilor for Economy, Tourism and Commerce and City Councilor for European Funds, Ricardo Valente, the president of IAPMEI, Nuno Mangas, lawyer Miguel Rua, associate of CTSU and member of the Deloitte Legal network, and experts from Deloitte.
