After
downloading the YOTEL Porto application, which is available for iOS and Android, customers can check in remotely and have access to a SmartKey to enter the room, as well as access to room service, control the television, and the accommodation lighting. The hotel also has interactive kiosks for automatic pre-booking.

The brand has four airport hotels under the brand name YOTELAIR in London-Gatwick, London-Heathrow, Amsterdam-Schiphol, and Paris-Charles de Gaulle, and three hotels in New York, Boston, and Singapore.

In addition to YOTEL Porto, the brand is developing hotel units in destinations such as San Francisco, London, Edinburgh, Amsterdam, Glasgow, Park City, Dubai, Geneva, Miami, and at the airports of Istanbul and Changi (Singapore).

YOTEL's main shareholders include the Al-Bahar Group, IFA Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Capital Group, Kuwait Real Estate Company, and United Investments Portugal.
