The subsidiary of French telecommunications company Bouygues Telecom Services has been recognised as a Top Employer in Portugal.
Being certified as a Top Employer is a proof of the dedication and commitment of organisations to implement excellent HR policies and people management practices in order to improve the world of work.
Bouygues Telecom Services is a subsidiary of the Bouygues group, a multinational company known for its leading role in the construction industry. In 2018, the telecommunications company opened its customer service centre in Porto, where it now employs around 500 people. All of them are French-speaking and answer the requests of their customers in France by telephone from the company's facilities in Campo 24 de Agosto.
In line with the strong values shared by the group, the company in Porto has been developing and improving its personnel management practices and has become increasingly attractive to candidates. This year's achievement of several seals, such as the Great Place to Work, the Best Workplaces, the "Human Resources" award of the newspaper Vida Económica and now the Top Employers, attest to its growth as an employer committed to the well-being and development of its employees.
