PMO Global Alliance has recognized the Intellias Project Management Office (PMO) as the best in Europe, highlighting the company's unwavering commitment to excellence and innovation in project management and meaning that the Intellias PMO now ranks among the top four globally.
The annual PMO Global
Awards honor the world’s best PMOs across major regions, including Africa,
Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Americas. This year, the evaluation process
involved an assessment by the Judging Committee, consisting of 398 seasoned PMO
leaders and experts from 123 countries. Criteria included the PMO’s journey,
client service, best practices, innovation, community engagement, and value
generation. The Intellias PMO was recognized as a standout nominee in two
categories: Agility & Hybrid Strategies and Competencies Development.
The Intellias PMO is
at the core of the company’s project management strategy, driving project
orchestration and standardization. Evolving significantly since its inception
in 2018, it has transformed into a strategic PMO and a company-wide Center of
Excellence.
The PMO’s impact on
Intellias as an organization and its commitment to continuous improvement are
evident through numerous initiatives and the adoption of top frameworks and
best practices as well as the innovative IDEAbook (Intellias Delivery
Excellence Accelerator), enabling Intellias clients to build best practices in
various industries.
"This
recognition underscores our commitment and excellence in efficient and
coordinated work, leveraging processes and automated tools to effectively
oversee internal programs and projects for our clients. It also reflects the
hard work of our employees in Ukraine. While Intellias has expanded globally,
its roots are in Ukraine, and we maintain a strong connection with the country.
We are honored to represent Ukraine and showcase its excellence on the
engineering market worldwide”, stated Oleksii Shebanov, Head of PMO at Intellias.
"Looking ahead, as
Intellias expands its global presence and takes on increasingly intricate
projects, the PMO will remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of
quality and efficiency. Our goal is to further grow as a company-wide Project
Management Center of Excellence, fostering greater integration across functions
while advancing organizational improvements and key performance indicators”, concluded Oleksii Shebanov.
