Executive Digest · 31 Aug 2021
Magic Beans, a Portuguese company created in 2017 to provide, exclusively, technology advisory services for Cloud, which this year expects to exceed 1.5 million euros in turnover, is carrying out a campaign to recruit 20 new talents to expand its current team and support its European network of 6 offices which includes the recent opening of a new branch in Porto.

These measures aim to accelerate the company's ability to respond to the growing demand for Cloud Adoption services by its customers around the world.

The current recruitment campaign by Magic Beans, which is one of the largest AWS partners in Portugal, is aimed at young IT engineers, preferably with some experience, who are willing to learn and specialize in the cloud, as well as grow with company. Applications can be sent to: team@magicbeans.pt.

"By the end of this year, when we hope to reach a turnover of more than 1.5 million Euros, we want to be a team of 60 specialists. For that, we are recruiting more talents that will allow us to boost our growth in Portugal and on a global scale, and to reinforce our offer of increasingly innovative, complete and sophisticated Cloud Adoption services, which are based on the transformation and modernization of business support platforms in order to maximize the differentiating characteristics of elasticity, flexibility, PayPerUse, and technological evolution offered by the cloud,” explains Vítor Rodrigues, Founder and CEO of Magic Beans.

"From the beginning, our strategy has been to focus on a few things and do them very well, so that we can specialize and export these skills to other countries. Portugal enjoys a good capacity to operate as a nearshore on a global scale that we intend to leverage and include in our global growth strategy,” says Magic Beans head.

In addition to being one of the main partners of AWS in Portugal, Magic Beans has partnerships with the main market leaders in Cloud and other new generation technologies, among which stand out Microsoft, RedHat, Veeam, VMware and Zendesk.

The company has offices in Óbidos, Lisbon, Barcelona, Brussels, Porto, and Madrid.
