Happiness Camp 2022, will take place this Thursday, September 29th, at Lionesa Business Hub, and will highlight the importance of happiness in the future of the business world and what companies can do to become a happier and more attractive place to work. The initiative organised by Lionesa Business Hub and Happiness Business School, of which Porto Municipality is a partner, will take place at the Central Park of Lionesa Business Hub, in Leça de Balio, Matosinhos.

The initiative will put on the agenda a debate on how to motivate, capture and retain the best professionals in the most diverse areas that allow stimulating creativity, innovation and cultural, economic and social dynamism of a region.

Porto, a city that is continually distinguished for fostering the pillars of happiness, dynamism, diversity and freedom of thought and movement in the northern region, has affirmed its commitment and will be present at the event.

This Wednesday, the Porto City Museum Reservoir hosts the inaugural session of the Happiness Camp conference, which will count with the participation of Ricardo Valente, Councillor for Economy, Employment and Entrepreneurship of Porto City Hall, Marta Pontes, Councillor for Economy, Commerce and Tourism of Matosinhos City Hall and Madalena Carey, Director of Happiness Business School.

On Thursday, at the Happiness Camp in Leça do Balio, Porto Municipality will be present with the "stand Porto." which will provide visitors a sensorial experience allowing them to know the distinctive factors that make Porto a unique city to live, study, work and grow.

InvestPorto will be present with the Porto. Leading Investors programme, which currently includes 19 highly competitive companies that actively contribute to the consolidation of Porto as an international innovation hub, where the meeting between cultures boosts investment, talent, competitiveness and innovation in the city and the region. These companies represent various areas of activity aligned with Porto's Economic Development Strategy (Pulsar), such as ICT and service centres, health and life sciences, cultural and creative industries and mobility, energy and environment.
