Porto Leading Investors take the center stage at Primavera Sound 2023

Porto Leading Investors programme is taking center stage at Primavera Sound 2023, showcasing its commitment to attracting strategic investments and fostering economic growth in the city of Porto. Developed by InvestPorto, this program recognizes companies that stand out for their talent, competitiveness, and innovation, strengthening Porto's position as an internationally renowned hub for valuable investments.

The 36 companies participating in the Porto Leading Investors project have been selected based on their location, business focus, investment size, growth potential in Porto, value creation, job opportunities, and international scope. Together, these companies have contributed to an impressive €540 million investment into the city's economy and have generated over 8,100 employment opportunities. Hailing from 10 different countries, including Germany, Denmark, the United Kingdom, Portugal, Ukraine, France, Norway, the United States, Sweden, and Switzerland, these companies are in different sectors, such as software and IT services, professional and technical services, as well as financial services.

At Primavera Sound 2023, the Porto Leading Investors program will be prominently featured within the Mercado do Bolhão. 

One of the key attractions is the interactive Porto Leading Investors platform, accessible via a touchscreen display. Visitors can explore detailed profiles of the 36 participating companies, gaining insights into their activities and available opportunities in Porto. This platform aims to facilitate connections between talented individuals and the city's business ecosystem, fostering employer branding and encouraging collaborations. 

Additionally, a meetup event titled "Leading to excellence, changing the future - That's Porto!" will be hosted at The Great Wine Capitals bar. This event, scheduled for June 9 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, aims to promote networking among the Porto Leading Investors community. Representatives from ten notable companies, Wunderman Thompson Commerce, Intellias, Fabamaq, Parkside Interactive, FinTrU, IT Sector, i-charging, Zuhlke Engineering, Natixis, and Visma, will be in attendance, offering an opportunity for fruitful connections and collaborations.
