Porto didn't miss the opportunity to be present at such a significant event showcasing diverse projects and world-class thinkers. Ricardo Valente, the City Councillor for Economy, Employment, and Entrepreneurship, emphasized the importance of the municipality's presence at the QSP Summit, held at Exponor from July 2nd to 4th.
The city was represented at a stand promoting InvestPorto’s key investment attraction and development tools such as the B2B Marketplace, the Business Explorer and the companies that are part of the Porto Leading Investors programme
Additionally, other municipal projects such as TERA, ScaleUp Porto and VisitPorto, were represented. The goal was to demonstrate to all participants that Porto is an attractive, sustainable city, increasingly appealing to those looking to invest or work in a dynamic environment.
Although the city is already known for its innovation potential and its favourable ecosystem for entrepreneurship and talent attraction, the presence at the QSP Summit – an event that is also a meeting point for decision makers – served another purpose: presenting Porto as "a sustainable city in its generic sense."
"Porto is a functional city where Economy and Tourism marry and build together" reminded Ricardo Valente.
The 17th edition of the QSP Summit gathered over 100 exhibitors, 3,500 participants, and approximately 100 renowned international speakers.
