Sitel is recruiting and has 600 vacancies for teleworking

Sitel, a Customer Experience Management (CX) services company, is recruiting 600 new employees to provide services remotely. The recruitment process takes place during the months of June and July. 

"When we enter the recruitment process, our concern is to understand if the candidates already have some type of training, experience, or ability to serve the public and how we can enhance this so that they can be part of our team. All Sitel employees receive extensive training, as this is the only way to ensure qualified and specialized professionals. Our employees are the mirror of our company and, therefore, we count on them to contribute to the success of our customers”, says Benedita Miranda, Chief Executive of Sitel Portugal, Greece and Italy.

Sitel is "looking for 300 employees who are fluent in English and who combine this fluency with other languages ​​such as French (over 200 employees) and Italian (an additional 100 employees)”.

Currently, Sitel employs 3,000 people and works with technology, travel and tourism, financial, electronic, automotive, banking, and software brands.
