The first public clarification session for the new Municipal Master Plan will take place this afternoon

The first session to clarify the proposed revision of the Municipal Master Plan will take place this Friday afternoon, starting at 3 pm, in the City Hall. The face-to-face session is limited to the participation of 25 people, but the transmission is ensured live through Porto City Council Facebook page.

The public discussion period began on Monday, the 19th, and will continue until December 7th, fulfilling the 35-day deadline stipulated by the Municipal Executive.

Today, the first of several public clarification sessions will take place. If you still want to attend it in person, you can do so by prior registration, via email pelouros.uepp@cm-porto.pt. The live streaming of the session is also guaranteed through the Porto City Council's Facebook page.

Porto City Council also created a website that contains all the objectives of the document, as well as all the constituent parts of the new Master Plan.


Clarification sessions in parishes

Additionally, in each of the seven Parishes or Unions of Parishes in the city of Porto, a public clarification session on the proposed revision of the Master Plan will be held. These sessions are open to the public, upon prior registration, up to the capacity of the room. They will also be transmitted telematically.
 

The schedule of the sessions is as follows:

- Aldoar, Foz, Nevogilde | October 27th at 5 pm

- Lordelo, Massarelos | November 3rd at 5 pm

- Ramalde | November 10th at 5 pm

- Paranhos | November 17th at 5 pm

- Cedofeita, St. Ildefonso, Sé, Miragaia, S. Nicolau, Vitória | November 24th at 5 pm

- Bonfim | November 26th at 5 pm 

- Campanhã | December 2nd at 5 pm


Revision proposal confers

In addition to the dedicated website, all documentation related to the revision of the Master Plan can be conferred, by prior appointment, in the City Hall. Here, interested parties also find an interactive model, for a better view of all the proposals contained in the Plan.

The elements of the Master Plan can also be conferred at the Citizen Office, by prior appointment through the Porto Line. (220 100 220), between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday. Here the documents will preferably be made available in digital format, taking into account the restrictions imposed by the pandemic period. If access in paper format is desired, this must be mentioned in the context of prior booking.

As of today, the Unions of Parishes and Parish Councils also make available to interested parties the proposal to revise the Master Plan, according to the following schedules:

- Union of Parishes of Aldoar, Foz do Douro and Nevogilde (Rua da Vilarinha, 1090), from 9 am to 5 pm;

- Union of Parishes of Cedofeita, Santo Ildefonso, Sé, Miragaia, São Nicolau and Vitória (Rua de Gonçalo Cristóvão, 187), from 9 am to 5 pm; 

- Union of Parishes of Lordelo do Ouro and Massarelos (Rua do Campo Alegre, 244), from 9 am to 5 pm; 

- Parish Council of Bonfim (Campo 24 de Agosto, 294), from 9 to 12.30 and from 13.30 to 17 hours; 

- Campanhã Parish Council (Praça da Corujeira, 202), from 9 am to 5.30 pm;

- Parish Council of Paranhos (Rua de Álvaro de Castelões, 811), from 9 am to 5 pm;

- Ramalde Parish Council (Rua da Igreja de Ramalde, 76-92), from 9 am to 12.30 pm and from 2 pm to 5.30 pm.

 
During the public discussion period, interested parties should submit their comments, observations, and suggestions through the request made available on the website dedicated to the Master Plan, through the Virtual Service Desk, by mail to the address of the Porto City Council, through the e-mail geral@cm-porto.pt, or in person at the Citizen's Office (by appointment).
